The Idea Shaping Session suits teams or founders with a concept they want to clarify before committing resources. The Product Direction Engagement suits companies developing or revisiting a product. The Innovation Practice Programme is built for established organisations that want a steadier internal approach to working with new ideas.

The Idea Shaping Session is a single working session, typically half a day. The Product Direction Engagement runs across two to four weeks depending on complexity. The Innovation Practice Programme is a longer advisory project; scope is discussed and agreed before we begin.

We are based at KL Gateway in Kuala Lumpur and can work in person for clients in the Klang Valley. Remote working is available for clients elsewhere in Malaysia or abroad, and we have found it works well for most engagements.

We work through structured questions with you — about who the idea serves, what problem it addresses, what would make it worth testing, and what a reasonable first step looks like. By the end you have a short, clear concept note that captures those answers and gives your team something to move forward with.

Yes. The listed fees cover the working sessions and all deliverables described — concept note, direction document, roadmap, method guide, or template set as applicable. Travel for in-person sessions outside Kuala Lumpur would be discussed separately.
